KCC’s Office of Institutional Research collaborates with other college departments to collect, analyze, interpret, and report on data to inform college planning, the assessment of effectiveness, and the allocation of resources.

How to Request Data

Faculty, staff, and administrators use data to continuously improve programs and services, therefore the IR office must provide valid and reliable information in a systematic and timely way. To request a data report customized to your needs please complete a Data Report Request Form. If you need additional assistance please contact the Intstitutional Research staff.

AQIP Systems Portfolio 2009

Systems Appraisal Feedback Report  now available.

As part of KCC's accreditation process, every four years the college submits a Systems Portfolio to the Higher Learning Commission describing our activities, achievements, and challenges. In response, the Higher Learning Commission provides feedback on areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. Click here to read the feedback report . As standard practice, the HLC uses a rating system to provide feedback on a college's exceptional strengths (SS), strengths (S), opportunities for improvement (O), and outstanding opportunities for improvement (OO). The college has already begun to review the feedback report. In the coming weeks, President Avendano will share plans to engage the entire campus in a conversation about this key report.
