KCC Strategic Plan — 2009-2013

The college strategic plan was developed with input from college faculty and staff, as well as residents of the greater Kankakee area to create short- and long-term priority goals for the college aligned with KCC's mission, vision and core values. The plan was also informed by projected changes in community demographics and labor market trends, and key performance indicators of institutional effectiveness. It was approved by the college's board of trustees in August 2008.
