Strategic Planning

KCC's strategic planning process involves input from college faculty and staff, as well as residents of the greater Kankakee area. In FY 2008-2009, the Strategic Planning Oversight Committee (SPOC) was formed. SPOC members provided leadership in identifying KCC's 2009-2013 six Strategic Goals which are aligned with KCC's mission, vision and core values. The plan was also informed by projected changes in community demographics, labor market trends, and key performance indicators of institutional effectiveness.
