Pursuant to House Bill 1968 (effective August 22, 2005) and House Bill 715 (effective January 1, 2006) each public institution of higher learning is to post voter registration forms on their websites, include voter registration information and forms in student registation mailings to those students currently living in Illinois and to provide voter registration forms at in-person student registration.

Voter registration applications are available on the State Board Of Elections website (http://www.elections.il.gov/) in both English and Spanish. These forms are easily downloadable and may be mass copied in any quantity you may need.
