Room Scheduling

Here's what you need to schedule a room or check on a room/classroom for availability.

Who do you see to schedule a room?

The college uses a computer program called Resource 25 to manage the rooms that are open for campus wide use. The following employees are trained in using Resource 25 to schedule rooms. Those who need to reserve a room should consult the appropriate person from their area or—if you don't work for one of these areas—Angela Kunce in the Business Affairs office.

  • Adult Education Department Administrative Assistant
  • Athletics Department Administrative Assistant
  • Business Division Administrative Assistant
  • Corporate and Continuing Education Administrative Assistant
  • Humanities Division Administrative Assistant

  • Click on locations at the top of the page

  • If it is a specific room you are looking for, enter the room number in the Space Quick Search area (ex:L253). When results appear, click on view events.
  • Use calendar on the right side of page to navigate to future/past dates

How do I find a class or event?

  • On the internet, go to r25.kcc.edu
  • With the events selected at the top of the page, choose the filter you are looking for on the right hand side of the page (ex: Hot Events, Student Activites, Spring credit classes...)
  • If it is a specific event you are looking for, enter the event name in the Event Quick Search area (ex: board meeting). When results are generated, click on the event name for more information.
  • Use the calendar on the right side of page to navigate to future/past dates.
