The largest area supported by KCC employees was Awards for Excellence, the mini-grant that encourages faculty to develop new ideas and/or innovations that support student success.
Employee wishes also clearly aligned with emerging needs.
Another area identified by employees for their support was college improvement.
Faculty and staff representatives serving on the employee giving committee collaborated on the best way to use 2012-13 employee support in these various giving areas.
