Please remember the "3 C's: Cover, Clean and Contain"

– Clean your hands; use soap and water or hand sanitizer
– Contain your germs; stay home if you are sick
More suggested precautions:
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.
* Avoid close contact with people who are ill. Influenza is thought to spread mainly person-to-person through coughing or sneezing by infected people.
* If you get sick, the Centers for Disease Control recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.
