Interlibrary loan postage policy - for current students, staff and faculty
To ensure safe return of all borrowed material, the library staff at KCC has made the decision to return all items via insured delivery service. In-state items are shipped at no charge via the Illinois Library Delivery System (ILDS). Based on KCC administrative policies, the library will pay the first $25 each academic year for out-of-state Interlibrary loan shipping for current KCC students, staff and faculty. Once that amount is reached, continued out-of-state Interlibrary loan requests for a KCC student, staff or faculty member will be made only after the patron agrees to pay shipping charges.
