The Admissions office maintains all documents pertaining to (but not limited to):

  • Admissions
  • Grading
  • Registration
  • Residency
  • Testing
  • Transcripts

Records we need from you

  • Admissions form
  • Official high school/GED transcripts (in a sealed envelope from the institution)
  • Official college transcripts (in a sealed envelope from the institution)
  • Proof of testing (from the testing agency)

Please note that fulfillment of all requests is conditional.

  • Grade reports (available electronically from your KCConnect account)
  • KCC transcripts
  • Registration statements (available electronically from your KCConnect account)
  • Transcript evaluation
  • Verification of enrollment
