The best athletes in the world have coaches, why shouldn't you? Your trainer will be there, ready and encouraging, committed to your fitness success.
Training sessions are one hour. You will have an initial consultation to discuss specific fitness goals. Up to three people can participate in a session. Rates are:
Your personal trainer also will provide the following for FREE:
- Shadow you during your workout
- Correct or check your lifting form
- Answer questions related to your training program
- Spot you on a lift
- Answer general fitness questions
- Provide motivation & accountability
A fitness assessment evaluates physical fitness components such as height, weight, body fat composition, resting heart rate, balance, muscle strength and endurance. Cost is $35.

Length of session: 1 hour sessions will include 55 minutes of exercise programming plus 5 minutes for questions and to confirm next appointment.
Cancellation: To cancel an appointment, contact the personal trainer directly at least eight hours in advance. Cancellations less than eight hours before the appointment will result in forfeiting the session.
For groups, if one or more partner(s) is not at the scheduled appointment, the entire group can be rescheduled for an alternate day/time; or the missing partner(s) can forfeit the session.
Late arrival: The personal trainer will honor the appointment when the client is late. Sessions that begins late will end at the originally scheduled time.
Expiration: All personal training sessions/packages expire 90 days from date of purchase.
Refunds: All sessions/packages are non-refundable.
Packets: All forms must be complete and turned in before training can begin.
