Outlook Address Books and Contact Management - Conference Hall
This one-hour session will provide an overview of Outlook's contacts folder; how to create distribution lists; how to convert a received e-mail listing into a distribution list; and how to set the frequent contacts list as an address book. Shared folder access will also be covered. Users pick one of these dates:

Outlook Folder Management - Conference Hall
This one-hour session will show users how to organize an Outlook account with folders, including moving, copying, deleting, and renaming folders. Shared folder access will also be covered. Users pick one of these dates:

Outlook Rules Wizard - Conference Hall
This one-hour session will show users how to use the Rules Wizard to automatically file incoming messages into folders by topic, user, or category. Users will also use the Out of Office Assistant to set up rules for incoming messages when campus is closed. Users pick one of these dates:

Outlook Category Management - Conference Hall
This one-hour session will show users how to categorize e-mails, to-do items and tasks with color-coded categories and how to create and sort by those categories. Users pick one of these dates:
