Career Personality Inventory
We will complete an analysis of your career personality, demonstrate how your career personality integrates with other career personalities, and then map those personalities to the remainder of the certificate training programs. This session will also introduce you to the online discussion forum which will be used to collaborate during the Institute.

This course arms new (within two to three years) or prospective leaders with the knowledge and skills to overcome challenges. The course encourages you to think about the transitions that new leaders face and how to handle them. You will learn three differentiators important to building a positive reputation and contributing to an organization’s success.

You will learn about both proactive and reactive coaching. You will have more effective and efficient interactions once you understand the importance of three coaching techniques in this session. It will incorporate a fast-paced activity to help you understand and use the techniques. Since both proactive and reactive coaching discussions can be challenging, you will use your own situations to make the course relevant.
