If you are currently a student at another college or university, you can take a class or two this summer at KCC and transfer it back to your four-year college or university.

To apply as a summer guest student:

Complete a KCC admission form.
If you choose, call KCC at 815-802-8500 to make an appointment to meet with an advisor.
Register in person. When you register, bring an unofficial college transcript showing course work completed or a letter signed by your university advisor stating that prerequisites have been met for the course you want to take at KCC. Use the temporary transfer form to make this process even more simple.

After you have completed the class and been given a grade, submit a transcript request so the course and grade information can be sent to your college or university. KCC's Office of Admissions and Registration also has transcript request forms.
