Monica Johnson has a bachelor's degree in human resources from Western Illinois University and a master's degree in education from Capella University. She also attended Oklahoma State University, where she was a graduate assistant in the counseling and student personnel program.
Johnson has been with KCC since 2001, where she has also served as coordinator of recruitment services and institutional research coordinator.
She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and watching movies.

Kathryn Wachtor has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Governors State University and a master’s degree in political and justice studies from Governors State University. She has worked as a DuPage County and Cook County case manager for the Trade Act and the Workforce Investment Act program.
Wachtor also worked for the College of DuPage as a workforce development liaison assisting transitioning adults and dislocated workers.
She enjoys running, reading, and relaxing with family and friends.
