Novalla Coleman Novalla Coleman has an associate in applied science degree in paralegal studies from Robert Morris University, a bachelor's degree in applied behavioral science, and a master's degree in adult, continuing and literacy education from National Louis University. In addition, she has a master's degree in psychology degree from Capella University.

Coleman is an academic advisor, specializing in the health careers programs. She has been with KCC since 2008. Prior to serving as an advisor, she worked as a career specialist with the Workforce Investment Act program. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, writing, and creating new dishes.

KathrynSkerrett


Kathryn Skerrett has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Governors State University and a master’s degree in political and justice studies from Governors State University. She has worked as a DuPage County and Cook County case manager for the Trade Act and the Workforce Investment Act program. Skerrett also worked for the College of DuPage as a workforce development liaison assisting transitioning adults and dislocated workers. She enjoys running, reading, and relaxing with family and friends.
