You may use AOL to connect to the Internet, but you cannot use AOL's browser for ANGEL.
To use your AOL connection, you will need to:

1. Connect to the Internet using AOL
2. Minimize the browser window
3. Open up Internet Explorer or Firefox. These are the recommended browsers for KCC online courses.
4. Verify your browser settings according to the information provided on this webpage.

You will need to follow these four steps every time you access your class(es).

If you attempt to use AOL's browser, you will experience the following problems in your
class(es):

• you will probably see a message that says "Access Denied"
• important announcements may not be visible
• some sections of your class may be missing
• inability to print
• quiz and test answers may be lost
• intermittent problems may occur with various aspects of your class(es)
