KCC is organized into four academic divisions - Business and Technology; Health Careers; Humanities and Social Sciences; and Math, Science and Engineering.

The Learning Services Department provides student and faculty support services including the Learning Resource Center (Library), testing, tutoring and faculty development. The department also oversees educational programs such as alternative delivery-online, fast track, learning communities.

College preparatory courses are offered in each academic division.
