Request for Proposal for Smart Room Design and Equipment

 

The Board of Trustees of the Kankakee Community College District No. 520 is requesting proposals for smart room design and equipment for the Health Careers Center for Excellence. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m., May 20, 2008 in Room L253 on the second floor of the main building at the college's main campus, 100 College Drive, Kankakee, Illinois. Sealed proposals are due in the Office of Business Affairs no later than 4:00 p.m. prevailing local time on May 28, 2008, at which time there will be a public opening.  The specifications are available at the Office of Business Affairs on the college campus, or by mail, 100 College Drive, Kankakee, IL 60901. The "prevailing rate of wages" as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor shall apply to this project. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
