Office of Financial Aid

The KCC Office of Financial Aid is located on the second floor of the Main Building in the east wing. The phone number is (815) 802-8550.

Office Hours

The Office of Financial Aid is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and until 7 p.m. Thursday evenings. In addition, staff are available during specific times to provide individual assistance.

Special circumstances

For students with special circumstances related to the Financial Aid process, individual appointments can be made with a financial aid staff member by calling (815) 802-8550.
