Out-of-State Distance Learning Students

Out-of-state students who believe their complaint was not resolved through the normal Instructional Complaint/Grade Grievance process may file a complaint with the state in which they reside. In compliance with the U.S. Department of Education regulations, KCC provides the following list of State Portal Entities with contact information. Students may also contact the Illinois Community College Board when seeking a resolution. Concerns not pursued in a timely manner (30 days) will not be processed.
