KCC Food Pantry

Available to all KCC students in need
Donations are welcome!

The Kankakee Community College Food Pantry serves as a vital resource, providing essential nourishment and support to students facing food insecurity. Offering a welcoming and inclusive environment, the pantry strives to ensure that every student has access to nutritious meals, helping to alleviate hunger and promote overall well-being. Through generous donations, dedicated volunteers, student workers, and staff, the Kankakee Community College Food Pantry aims to reduce the barriers to academic success by addressing the fundamental need of students for food and fostering a campus community where students can thrive both academically and personally. Some of those initiatives have led to the development of relationships with non-profit organizations, such as My Pantry Express, which has established a regularly scheduled food distribution routine on the Kankakee Community College campus, in which they supply food for students and community members in need.
